About the role

TechTree is building an AI-native operating system to modernize supply chain infrastructure for the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. You will work on-site in San Francisco to replace outdated legacy systems with autonomous procurement and quoting tools.

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain full-stack systems that integrate with complex legacy environments.
• Collaborate with platform and forward-deployed teams to support high-impact supply chain operations.
• Manage and execute multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Build end-to-end application functionality from the ground up.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library such as React, Svelte, or Next.js.
• Expertise in SQL databases, specifically Postgres, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Strong grasp of software engineering standards like documentation, testing, and version control.
• Ability to work in a high-accountability environment and handle rapid shifts in priorities.
• Must provide at least one example of a full-stack project via GitHub, a web app, or a Loom demo.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
• Must be a US citizen or current visa holder.

Practical notes

• Compensation: $150,000-$220,000 base salary plus 0.15%-0.20% equity.
• Hiring process: Initial engineering call, technical screening, founder interview, and a company-funded on-site visit to San Francisco.
• This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
