What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive identity and access management solutions that meet the specific needs of clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective IAM strategies and architectures.
• Conduct assessments of existing IAM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best practices.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
• Lead the integration of IAM solutions with existing enterprise systems, applications, and cloud services to enhance security and streamline user access.
• Monitor and analyze IAM performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide expert guidance and support to development teams on IAM-related projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Stay updated on the latest IAM technologies, trends, and threats to proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to promote IAM awareness and best practices.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM solutions are integrated with broader security frameworks and initiatives.
• Participate in incident response activities related to identity and access management breaches or anomalies.
• Mentor junior IAM professionals and contribute to their professional development within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, protocols (such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and technologies.
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, or ForgeRock.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IAM, including GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST standards.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud computing environments and their integration with IAM solutions is a plus.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or similar credentials.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, particularly in relation to IAM automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks.
