Senior Product Success Manager, Nutrition

About the role

This position manages the implementation and ongoing success of our Nutrition product for elite professional and enterprise sports organizations. You will act as a primary point of contact for dietitians and performance staff, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of professional sports accounts, handling everything from initial onboarding to regular check-ins and troubleshooting.
• Direct the implementation and adoption strategy for the Nutrition product while maintaining enough knowledge of the wider Performance suite to assist with cross-functional needs.
• Establish strong relationships with medical staff, performance directors, and dietitians to drive meaningful platform usage.
• Help organizations set up nutrition dashboards, data governance frameworks, and workflow standards to turn complex data into insights for coaching and front-office staff.
• Represent the customer perspective by relaying feedback to Engineering and Product teams to influence future development.
• Utilize AI tools to increase operational efficiency and support company-wide AI initiatives.
• Track account health using Gainsight, identify risks, and execute strategies for account growth and renewals.

Requirements

• Current status as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with experience in high-performance, enterprise, or professional sports environments.
• Thorough understanding of elite sports nutrition workflows, including supplementation, menu planning, athlete education, and travel nutrition.
• Ability to manage complex organizational structures and build consensus among diverse stakeholders like coaches, executives, and medical personnel.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, such as Engineering or Product, to resolve issues and develop solutions.
• Practical experience using the Teamworks Nutrition product or a similar platform within collegiate or professional sports.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the broader Teamworks Performance ecosystem, such as Strength and Conditioning or High Performance.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily professional workflows.
• Expertise across multiple performance domains, such as a background in sports science or strength and conditioning.
