Teamworks is developing an AI-native layer to enhance its platform for elite sports organizations. This role involves guiding the creation of AI products that transform proprietary data into actionable insights for coaches, scouts, and front offices. You will define how AI is integrated across the entire product suite.

What you'll do

• Manage the "Ask Teamworks" conversational AI co-pilot and related AI-driven workflows from development to widespread adoption.
• Establish the foundational AI infrastructure and standards that other product teams will use for their AI features.
• Expand the AI roadmap beyond the co-pilot to include advanced, autonomous workflows that provide recommendations and automate actions.
• Set the guidelines for how Teamworks develops and releases AI products, including evaluation methods and data citation.
• Monitor key performance indicators like query success rate, response time, daily usage, and NPS, using these metrics to inform future product development.

Requirements

• Proven history of delivering AI features that are deeply integrated into customer workflows.
• At least 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, vertical AI, or a similar field, with ownership of a significant product.
• Ability to lead large, cross-product initiatives without direct authority over contributing teams, relying on clear communication and credibility.
• Strong product judgment in uncertain situations, capable of prioritizing effectively in a rapidly changing AI environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Expertise in football or basketball, gained from coaching, scouting, front office, analytics, or product roles in these areas.
• Practical experience with retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and agentic design patterns.
• Experience developing proprietary models in collaboration with applied machine learning and data science teams.
