About the role

Join our Go-To-Market team to drive sales for our performance products in the non-DI college market. This role focuses on connecting directly with practitioners who need our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Strength & Conditioning solutions. You'll work with a growing segment of sports technology that is often overlooked.

What you'll do

• Manage a specific territory within non-DI colleges, concentrating on EMR and S&C product lines.
• Engage in conversations with performance leaders like Head Athletic Trainers, S&C Coaches, and Sports Medicine staff.
• Develop new sales opportunities, using your existing professional connections, event participation, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough discovery to understand the specific operational challenges faced by non-DI performance departments.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team for account onboarding, initial product use, and renewal discussions.

Requirements

• Direct experience with EMR software, including injury documentation, return-to-play processes, and athlete health records, either as a user or an administrator.
• Hands-on experience within a non-DI college sports performance setting, such as an Athletic Trainer, S&C Coach, or Sports Medicine professional.
• Practical knowledge of S&C department operations, including program design, load monitoring, athlete management, and supporting data systems.
• Ability to effectively sell to buyers with limited budgets by demonstrating clear and immediate product value.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales or account management.
• An established network and reputation within the non-DI practitioner community.
