This position focuses on the Division I college performance market, a rapidly expanding area in sports technology. We are seeking a practitioner with a background in performance leadership to drive sales for our specialized product line. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has built and scaled performance operations to transition into a commercial role.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and expand a sales pipeline for Division I prospects within the Performance category, emphasizing AMS, EMR, and S&C products.
• Conduct in-depth discussions with athletic performance directors, head athletic trainers, and sports administrators.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to find opportunities for account growth and renewals in current Division I clients.
• Represent the company at Division I sports events, conferences, and on-site visits.
• Share market insights with product and marketing teams, drawing from your professional network and field experience.

Requirements

• Direct senior leadership experience within a Division I athletic program or a national/state high-performance institute, regardless of sport.
• Comprehensive understanding of how Division I programs manage budgets and make purchasing decisions, including key influencers.
• A Master's degree in a sports-related performance discipline.
• An established networker with existing connections in the Division I performance community.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting while managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
