About the role
Tatari is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Reporting and Measurement team. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute our product vision. Your focus will be on enhancing our reporting capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the TV advertising space.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, and launch, to post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with teams across the organization, including engineering, media buying, data science, sales, marketing, and client management.
- Define and refine the product roadmap, aligning it with both short-term and long-term company objectives.
- Lead initiatives that utilize data to deliver exceptional results for TV advertisers.
- Analyze customer needs and develop compelling product features that demonstrate the full impact of their TV marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to strategically position Tatari's offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, particularly with customer-facing data and analytics products; experience in advertising or marketing technology is a plus.
- Proven track record in navigating high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and effectively communicate findings through data visualization.
- Experience collaborating with design teams to address diverse customer needs through user research and product design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
- Demonstrated success in creating impactful features that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies, Agile practices, and user story development.
- Hands-on experience in specifying and launching products that involve ETL and calculation pipelines, with a solid understanding of data modeling and computational trade-offs.
- Knowledge of audience and reach measurement techniques, such as Nielsen ONE, and an understanding of TV advertising metrics beyond direct-response measures.
