About the role
We are hiring an engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and lead modernization efforts within our Azure environment. You will bridge the gap between development and operations while ensuring our systems remain secure, cost-effective, and scalable.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and maintain technology roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
- Design cloud-native SaaS applications for global, multi-platform environments.
- Integrate DevSecOps workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code templates and support their adoption across product teams.
- Oversee cloud resource costs and optimize for efficiency.
- Address CVE vulnerabilities and enforce security compliance standards.
- Manage secret storage and access control protocols.
- Provide 24/7 infrastructure support, including on-call rotations and incident response.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and root cause analysis reports.
- Coordinate project status updates and communicate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
- Professional experience as an MS Azure Cloud Engineer.
- Background in network architecture, infrastructure solutioning, and virtualization.
- Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of networking protocols and design patterns.
- Experience with DevOps tool stacks and modernization strategies.
- Ability to manage technology risks and coordinate across multiple functional teams.
