AI Developer/Framework Specialists

About the role

This position focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into software development lifecycles within our technology lab. You will build standards for AI-assisted coding and implement frameworks that improve how our engineering teams deliver software.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Create workflows that incorporate GitHub Copilot, GenAI APIs, and automation to speed up software delivery.
• Build AI-driven application features including recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive models, and NLP tools.
• Automate software development tasks such as code refactoring, bug fixing, test case creation, and CI/CD processes.
• Design self-healing test scripts and use AI to predict defects and manage test coverage.
• Prepare datasets and deploy models for inference using OpenAI, Azure AI, or Hugging Face.
• Apply AIOps for intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and system alerting.
• Verify the security and quality of AI-produced code while maintaining compliance.
• Partner with data teams and architects to turn high-level AI designs into functional software.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices and API integration.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or CodeWhisperer.
• Ability to work with LangChain and vector databases.
• Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with testing frameworks that utilize AI plugins.
