What you'll do

• Lead the implementation of MBSE methodologies to improve system design and development processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on MBSE methodologies.
• Proficiency in modeling tools such as MagicDraw, Cameo, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system architecture, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software development and integration in complex systems environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
