Sr.Data Product Manager (Remote)

Tandym Group is looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap for an innovative data and AI platform. This position will focus on driving scalable analytics and machine learning solutions throughout the organization.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Establish and manage the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the enterprise Data & AI platform.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure platform investments align with the organization's goals and desired outcomes.
• Convert complex business needs into scalable data products and AI functionalities.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-departmental projects involving product, engineering, data science, architecture, security, compliance, and operations teams.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, plan releases, and develop strategies for user adoption while tracking success metrics and business value.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in leading enterprise data, analytics, or AI projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps for enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML products, or cloud-native solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary data architectures and cloud data ecosystems.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures with various stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong expertise in data platforms and ecosystems, including data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, data governance, AI/ML lifecycle management, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in deploying AI-enabled products or generative AI capabilities in live environments.
• Background in collaborating with governance, compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity teams.
• Experience in leading modernization projects for platforms within complex enterprise settings.

Skills & tools

• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management, API-driven architectures, and ensuring data quality and platform reliability.

Practical notes

• This position is fully remote, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
