About the role

This role focuses on improving the daily work lives of clinicians by removing administrative burdens. You will identify time-consuming tasks, streamline them, and introduce automation to allow clinicians to focus more on patient care. Your efforts will directly contribute to making Talkiatry an exceptional place for psychiatrists to practice.

What you'll do

• Restore clinician time by identifying administrative burdens through feedback and data, then designing and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate and productize operational workflows, managing the automation and AI roadmap for care delivery processes.
• Oversee two vendor-managed support programs, setting performance standards, quality benchmarks, and escalation procedures.
• Lead change management for new programs, including communications, training, documentation, and feedback loops to ensure successful adoption.
• Establish best practices for clinician support across all service lines, identifying improvement areas and scaling successful initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinician enablement, or process transformation, with a focus on practical implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel, using data to prioritize and solve problems.
• Experience managing outsourced or vendor-run operational programs, holding them to specific service and quality standards.
• Proven ability to transform manual processes into standardized, automated, and productized solutions, understanding the difference between temporary fixes and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and frontline staff.
• A commitment to improving mental health care and clinician well-being.
