What you'll do

• Oversee the modification and maintenance of existing database management systems.
• Supervise the creation of physical and logical database descriptions.
• Manage the scope, limitations, and development timelines for database projects.
• Estimate project costs and time requirements for incoming requests.
• Implement security protocols to protect data from unauthorized access or damage.
• Coordinate the installation and testing of system upgrades and new software products.
• Establish organizational standards for software acquisition and information protection.
• Write code, participate in team meetings, and manage production deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
• 3 years of experience building custom CRM solutions.
• 3 years of experience coding in C#.
• 3 years of experience developing user-intuitive Power Pages.
• Mastery of the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Ability to mentor staff and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system-level issues.
