This position focuses on the practical execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaign concepts are brought to life and their effectiveness can be tracked. You will be responsible for creating digital assets, managing email communications, coordinating events, and maintaining our marketing technology stack. Key facts
What you'll do
- Construct, review, and publish web pages for marketing campaigns, events, and content, verifying that forms, tracking mechanisms, and CRM integrations function correctly before launch.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of email campaigns, from drafting and building to testing and sending, including audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability checks, and scheduling.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of a regular newsletter sent to over 500,000 subscribers, focusing on list health, segmentation, send timing, and post-send performance analysis.
- Support marketing operations and CRM functions by handling routine tasks within our marketing automation and CRM systems, such as list management, lead flow support, form and workflow upkeep, and data quality assurance.
- Coordinate the logistics for webinars across multiple departments, including setting up registration, managing reminder and follow-up communications, configuring platforms, and facilitating lead handoffs after the event.
- Generate and maintain basic reports on email and nurture campaign performance, identifying key metrics, trends, and any unusual patterns for the team.
- Develop and document standardized procedures to ensure consistent campaign launches and enable scalable execution without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing, preferably within a B2B technology company.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform and a CRM system, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, including the ability to build emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and automated workflows.
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and a thorough review process, identifying and rectifying issues like broken links, incorrect audience segments, or tracking errors before campaigns go live.
- Be comfortable with audience segmentation, maintaining list integrity, and understanding the fundamentals of email deliverability, particularly for large-scale sends.
- Possess strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure the progress of programs involving multiple stakeholders, such as webinars.
- Have a foundational understanding of reporting and analytics, capable of extracting campaign metrics and presenting them in a clear, actionable format.
- Be a self-starter who can independently and reliably manage recurring operational tasks from beginning to end.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to developers or working in B2B SaaS or cloud-based companies.
- Familiarity with LLMs and their application in enhancing daily operational tasks.
- Experience with data enrichment, data management, or ABM tools (e.g., Clay) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email and landing page templates.
- Experience managing high-volume newsletters or lifecycle/nurture programs.
- A strong aptitude for learning complex, technical products and a general technical curiosity.

- Compensation range: $101,840 - $127,300 CAD annually.
