About the role

You will head the Information Systems team in Tel Aviv, managing the strategy and technical roadmap for our global Go-To-Market platforms. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce and related sales tools while integrating GenAI workflows to improve efficiency for our Sales and Professional Services departments. You will lead a global team and collaborate with business stakeholders to deploy scalable, intelligent systems.

What you'll do

• Manage the GTM Applications team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development.
• Oversee the lifecycle, roadmap, and architecture of Salesforce and the wider GTM application portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Professional Services leaders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement GenAI-native workflows, agents, and automations within our GTM systems.
• Define governance, delivery processes, and security standards for business applications.
• Handle vendor management, budget oversight, and the evaluation of new technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, covering architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Similarweb, Clay, DealHub, or Gong.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GTM business processes including marketing automation, lead-to-cash, customer success, and pipeline management.
• Practical experience with GenAI technologies, specifically RAG, prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI agents.

Nice to have

• Development experience with Lightning, Apex, Flows, or other scripting and integration technologies.
• Proven track record of deploying GenAI-powered solutions in production enterprise environments.
