About the role

Taboola is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team in New York. You will work directly with our Sales and Account Management departments to build, configure, and refine CRM workflows that support our global revenue operations.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain automations, lead routing, approval processes, and data management workflows within Salesforce.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from initial discovery and testing to final rollout and documentation.
• Research and deploy Generative AI use cases to increase productivity and streamline internal processes.
• Partner with RevOps, development, and integration teams on cross-functional projects.
• Audit existing workflows to minimize manual tasks and improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Business Systems, specifically Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable automations and process improvements.
• Deep knowledge of sales and go-to-market operations.
• Experience translating business needs into technical system configurations.
• Interest in applying Generative AI to improve business productivity.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively with team members across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications or specific experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL or SOQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with light scripting or low-code/no-code platforms such as Python or JavaScript.
