About the role

Join our Tel Aviv team to support the Taboola News product group by turning complex data into actionable growth strategies. You will manage the full lifecycle of optimization projects, working closely with engineering and product teams to enhance user engagement and business performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Evaluate product performance and user behavior metrics to find areas for improvement.
• Create strategies to boost monetization, revenue, and engagement KPIs.
• Manage optimization initiatives from the initial concept through to final execution.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering departments to define requirements and technical specs.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to validate the success of new features.
• Communicate findings and strategic advice to stakeholders to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in product management, growth analysis, project management, or similar analytical roles.
• Practical proficiency in SQL for data extraction and insight generation.
• Proven ability to use data trends to guide product decision-making.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving engineering and product teams.
• Capacity to quickly master new technologies and take charge of complex problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with product optimization workflows and A/B testing frameworks.
