Product Analyst (Maternity-Leave Replacement)

About the role

Taboola is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Product Analytics team in Tel Aviv for a maternity-leave replacement. You will work alongside Product Managers to influence product direction, establish key performance indicators, and utilize AI-driven methods to simplify complex data sets.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to set KPIs and guide product strategy using data.
• Manage A/B testing cycles to refine user experiences and product outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, data models, and automated analytical tools.
• Create self-service data resources for Engineering and Product departments.
• Oversee various analytical projects, offering strategic advice based on statistical findings.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve analytical workflows through AI integration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI software.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to analyze large-scale data and generate actionable product recommendations.
• A proactive approach to automating workflows and utilizing AI to enhance processes.
• Strong product ownership and the ability to anticipate business requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within a product-focused team.
• Skills in Python or R.
• Background in statistical analysis or creating AI-powered agents and automations.
