Managing Director - EMEA Publishers at Taboola.
About the role
Taboola is seeking a regional leader to oversee and expand our publisher business throughout the EMEA region. This position offers full P&L responsibility and the authority to define commercial strategy while managing a multi-market team.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage total revenue and profitability for the EMEA publisher division, covering both new client acquisition and existing account growth.
- Direct the regional leadership team, including all sales and account management staff.
- Formulate and execute market-specific strategies to win new partnerships and strengthen current ones.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives at major media companies across the region.
- Create a unified go-to-market approach while tailoring operations to individual market needs.
- Integrate new product formats, supply models, and data-driven solutions into the core business.
- Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture and develop a strong leadership pipeline.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting standards to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
Requirements
- Proven senior commercial leadership experience within ad-tech, media, publisher, or platform environments.
- Demonstrated history of managing a P&L or regional revenue targets.
- Experience leading managers and teams across multiple international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing C-level partnerships.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Hebrew is an advantage.
- Capacity to build and scale organizations in fluid environments without existing blueprints.
