Senior HRBP - R&D

About the role

Taboola is seeking a Senior HRBP to drive the people strategy for our R&D division from our Tel Aviv office. You will report to the Director of HR, Global Tech, and focus on building scalable, agile processes that support a fast-growing organization. We are looking for a partner who embraces AI and automation to streamline routine tasks, allowing the HR team to focus on high-impact initiatives.

What you'll do

• Implement the HR roadmap for R&D while ensuring it aligns with regional and global business goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to R&D leadership regarding talent planning, employee well-being, and engagement.
• Lead organizational design and assessment projects to maintain operational excellence during growth phases.
• Manage core HR functions for the R&D team, including performance cycles, succession planning, talent development, and total rewards.
• Utilize people analytics to provide data-driven insights that assist managers in making informed business decisions.
• Promote a company culture that reflects Taboola values and keeps the workforce motivated.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in HR business partnering with a strong generalist foundation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both high-level strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution.
• Proven analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various levels.
• Ability to remain effective and composed while working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A proactive mindset that challenges existing processes to create better solutions.

Nice to have

• Curiosity regarding AI and automation, including experience experimenting with new productivity tools to solve traditional HR challenges.
