Senior HRBP - Global Growth Sales & Internal Ops

About the role

Join Taboola, a leader in performance-driven advertising, as a Senior HR Business Partner in our Tel Aviv office. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic HR initiatives for the Growth Sales and Internal Operations teams. Reporting to the Director of HR for the IL Region, you will need to understand the unique challenges and cultural dynamics of a global organization while designing agile HR processes that support our growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the HR strategy for the Growth Sales and Internal Operations divisions, ensuring alignment with global talent strategies and regional business goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development to facilitate rapid scaling.
• Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, optimizing performance management and compensation structures to enhance sales performance and growth.
• Collaborate with business leaders on organizational assessments and design to promote operational excellence.
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support informed decision-making and drive business success.
• Foster a company culture that aligns with Taboola's values, enhancing employee engagement and motivation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, particularly within fast-paced global tech environments.
• Strong capability to navigate the complexities of a distributed workforce, including cross-cultural dynamics and compliance issues.
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic advisor to senior executives, with the ability to influence organizational design and talent strategies.
• Background in supporting global sales teams, with knowledge of quota systems and incentive compensation structures.
• Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, driving impactful results while fostering innovative work practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
