Senior FP&A Manager

About the role

Taboola is seeking a strategic finance leader to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team in London. You will guide the EMEA business by managing sales planning, revenue forecasting, and regional P&L performance while working closely with senior management.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and dashboards to support business growth.
• Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and P&L oversight in collaboration with the global sales organization.
• Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual performance and projections.
• Oversee BI initiatives and ad-hoc projects to improve reporting accuracy.
• Extract insights from large datasets to provide actionable recommendations for management.
• Utilize AI platforms to automate and refine financial analysis processes.

Requirements

• Professional background in forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, or sales planning.
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or the technology/media sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in building complex models with multiple variables.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and manage large datasets.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in finance, statistics, or quantitative economics.
• Familiarity with SQL and an aptitude for learning new data tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and sales software such as Tableau, Salesforce, QlikView, or Qlik Sense.
• Exposure to AI tools like Claude or Gemini.
• Background in online advertising or digital content marketing.
• Experience in finance-focused project management or multi-regional sales data.
