FP&A Analyst-(Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

Taboola is seeking a finance professional to manage operating expense planning and forecasting during a maternity leave period. You will work closely with department heads to oversee budgets and provide financial guidance that supports organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead the operating expense forecasting cycle, including budget monitoring and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate the annual operating plan alongside internal budget owners.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze financial results and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee the PR/PO workflow to ensure all spending remains within policy and budget limits.
• Conduct budget versus actual variance reviews to highlight risks and financial trends.
• Enhance existing planning processes, reporting structures, and dashboards to boost operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate FP&A, specifically focused on Opex, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• High-level proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders for financial planning.
• Background in managing procurement workflows, such as PR/PO processes.

Nice to have

• Experience using NetSuite or Pigment.
• Ability to build financial dashboards or automate reporting tasks.
