Senior Data Scientist

About the role

Join our Algorithms team in Tel Aviv to build machine learning models that manage billions of daily auctions. You will create solutions for real-time bidding, price prediction, and auction strategy while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Business departments to move research into production.

What you'll do

• Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, and auction efficiency.
• Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, including research, experimentation, production deployment, A/B testing, and ongoing monitoring.
• Examine large-scale marketplace data to find new modeling opportunities and drive business results.
• Work with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Enhance the reliability and performance of models within low-latency, high-throughput environments.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead technical reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience developing models for real-time bidding, recommendation systems, ranking, pricing, or large-scale optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with production-grade machine learning systems.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning in advertising or recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
