About the role

Join the Algorithms team in Tel Aviv to refine and evolve our performance advertising technology. You will interpret complex, large-scale datasets to influence product direction and optimize algorithmic performance.

What you'll do

• Extract actionable insights from massive datasets to guide algorithm improvements and business strategy.
• Create and maintain KPIs to measure the success of products and algorithms.
• Build analytical tools using Python notebooks and Grafana.
• Conduct deep statistical research to address unique, complex technical problems.
• Manage a portfolio of data projects, balancing ongoing tasks with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, product analysis, or quantitative research, including academic work.
• Proficiency in Python, specifically with LLM-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Advanced SQL skills, ideally with experience in Google BigQuery.
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling and practical experience with A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively in English.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science or software engineering.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Qlik or Tableau.
• Ability to translate academic data science literature into functional research or products.
