About the role
This role functions as a bridge between data analytics and visual production within our global Creative Shop. You will manage the development of high-impact assets and refine campaign performance through rigorous testing and strategic briefing.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Convert data insights into clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and external vendors.
- Direct the optimization of copy, imagery, video, and landing pages using A/B testing methodologies.
- Produce educational content and webinars to distribute creative best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Partner with media buying and performance marketing departments to iterate on user acquisition strategies.
- Measure and report on the business outcomes of creative projects, focusing on metrics like CTR, CVR, and spend efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in ad-creative, performance creative, or creative strategy roles.
- Proficiency in digital media buying across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of using data-driven testing to influence creative direction.
- Experience with user acquisition funnels, specifically within in-house growth teams.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools within creative production workflows.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global setting.
- Strong presentation skills and full fluency in English.

Practical notes
- This is a full-time contractor engagement requiring the submission of tax invoices (Hesbonit Mas).
- Compensation is based on an hourly rate for a 42-hour workweek (approximately 182 hours per month), with an option for a 4-day scope (approximately 145 hours per month).
- Payment is issued upon receipt of monthly time logs and invoices.
