Business Applications Specialist

About the role

Join the Information Systems team in New York to build and maintain CRM and automation systems for our global revenue operations. You will focus on integrating Generative AI into daily workflows to improve productivity for our Sales and Account Management departments.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to convert complex requirements into technical CRM solutions.
• Create and manage declarative automations like Salesforce Flow or Dynamics Business Rules for hundreds of global users.
• Develop and prototype LLM-driven tools and AI-based integrations to assist with sales tasks and data synthesis.
• Train sales staff to utilize low-code AI tools to manage their own workflows.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of system improvements, including discovery, sandbox testing, and production deployment.
• Coordinate with global development and integration teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of professional experience with Enterprise Business Systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy complex, multi-stage automations that handle high volumes of data and users.
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions, including RAG-based tools, prompt engineering, or LLM integrations.
• Ability to translate sales processes into functional technical workflows.
• Capacity to work independently and manage deliverables while collaborating with remote team members.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL or SOQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with light scripting, coding, or vibe coding to adapt generated code.
