Business Applications Manager

About the role

You will oversee the strategy and technical roadmap for Taboola's global Go-To-Market application suite. This position involves managing a high-performing team while integrating GenAI workflows to improve operations for Sales and Professional Services departments.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Supervise the GTM Applications team, focusing on mentorship, recruitment, and professional growth.
• Direct the development and evolution of the Salesforce platform and related GTM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leadership to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement AI-native workflows, agents, and automation across the GTM stack.
• Define architecture and governance standards to maintain system security and scalability.
• Oversee vendor management, budget allocation, and the evaluation of new technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, covering architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Proficiency in modern sales platforms such as Gong, DealHub, Similarweb, or Clay.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GTM business workflows, including marketing automation, lead-to-cash, customer success, and pipeline management.
• Practical experience with GenAI concepts, including RAG, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering in enterprise settings.

Nice to have

• Development skills in Lightning, Apex, Flows, or other scripting and integration technologies.
• Proven track record of deploying GenAI solutions within production enterprise environments.
