What you'll do

• Track dynamic campaign metrics to pinpoint opportunities for client success.
• Detect data patterns and anomalies to shape optimization tactics.
• Adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements to boost campaign results.
• Run A/B tests to refine campaign components.
• Create reports for internal and external stakeholders containing actionable advice.
• Partner with account managers to align on client goals and target audiences.
• Participate in client meetings to gather direct feedback and requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in digital media or data-heavy sectors.
• Practical SQL skills for querying large databases.
• Proficiency with Python, R, Excel, or BI platforms for data processing and visualization.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• University degree in a technical field.
• Background in mentoring or leading junior staff.
• Familiarity with AI tools for performance optimization and campaign analytics.
