Requirements

• MSc or PhD in applied mathematics, control theory, optimization, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in algorithmic problem-solving.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or management.
• Proven track record of deploying algorithms into production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results through algorithmic changes.
• Experience coordinating with engineering departments to ship complex technical solutions.
• Proficiency in using agent-based coding tools for experimentation and development.
