About the role
Join our Algorithms team in Tel Aviv to develop machine learning models that manage real-time bidding and optimize billions of daily auctions. You will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale systems, from initial research to production deployment, to improve marketplace efficiency and advertiser outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, price and win-rate prediction, and auction strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including A/B testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Develop models that function within low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Examine marketplace data to uncover new modeling opportunities and business improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business departments to align technical solutions with company goals.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and participate in technical design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end machine learning and deep learning, covering research through production.
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Background in real-time bidding, programmatic advertising, pricing, or large-scale optimization.
- Proficiency in Python or Java for building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Demonstrated success in moving models from prototypes to scalable, high-performance environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with bid optimization, auction systems, or large-scale recommendation engines.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code to improve development speed and code quality.
