You will manage a portfolio of Tier 1 brand and agency clients, focusing on the growth and success of their performance marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic approach to maintaining long-term partnerships while utilizing data to deliver measurable results.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major brand and agency partners.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells based on client objectives.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights that improve return on investment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle billing, troubleshooting, and operational needs.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to track progress.
- Support the sales team during the onboarding and scaling phases of strategic accounts.
- Maintain high standards for client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or adtech.
- Proven history of success in direct sales or account management.
- Proficiency in ad operations, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Capability to manage at least 15 accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Hindi for client communication and presentations.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Ability to work effectively across internal cross-functional teams.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings.
