About the role
Join our finance department in Gurugram to manage global financial records and vendor transactions. You will handle high-volume invoicing and cross-border payments while ensuring strict adherence to internal compliance standards.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Process large volumes of vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding across various entities.
- Execute account reconciliations and assist with variance analysis during month-end and quarter-end cycles.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and rectify any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with international vendors and internal departments to maintain payment schedules.
- Support global financial operations involving multiple currencies and time zones.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or related financial functions.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data and maintain financial compliance.
- Experience working with global billing structures, international vendors, and multi-currency transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to investigate financial variances and perform reconciliations independently.
Nice to have
- Prior experience using NetSuite.
- Experience working within a multi-entity global organization.
