What you'll do

• Design and fine-tune AI systems within assigned business areas, adapting them based on operational feedback.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate ROI, providing detailed analysis to inform future priorities.
• Partner with business units to observe workflows, identify areas for AI intervention, and gather feedback.
• Develop system integrations with enterprise data sources, ensuring data is prepared for AI consumption.
• Support reporting cycles, documenting system performance and participating in practice reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4+ years of experience in software or ML engineering in production settings, with proficiency in Python.
• 4-7+ years of experience in customer-facing or embedded technical roles, with exposure to AI platforms like Salesforce Einstein or Microsoft Copilot.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Python for production environments and capable of integrating LLMs.
• Skilled in SQL and building system integrations with enterprise data sources.
• Familiar with AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.

Practical notes

• Travel is required for this position.
• Base pay ranges from $117,800 to $212,500, with a corporate bonus target of 15%.
