About the role
SysMind is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to guide the strategic direction of our enterprise technology solutions. This role involves shaping product roadmaps and driving the successful delivery of complex systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring our offerings align with market needs and business objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and execute product strategies for SAP Order-to-Cash and related Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-value solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and associated systems.
- At least 7 years of dedicated product management experience focused on enterprise technology.
- Deep understanding of the complete Quote-to-Cash business workflow.
- Practical knowledge of SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Cash, and SAP BRIM.
- Experience with at least one CPQ platform, such as CPQ Pros or a similar system.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration projects, covering systems, products, pricing, and operational processes.
- Solid grasp of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture principles.
- 4-6 years of experience in Program Management.
Nice to have
- Experience with integrating acquired companies, products, systems, pricing models, and Quote-to-Cash operational processes.
