Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Sysdig.
About the role
Sysdig is seeking a technical expert to manage high-value enterprise accounts and ensure customers maximize the value of our cloud security platform. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business strategy by working directly with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients to build long-term trust and alignment.
- Guide customers through Sysdig deployments, architectural design, and operational standards.
- Facilitate Customer Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions for both technical and non-technical leadership.
- Monitor account health to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct hands-on workshops to help clients utilize platform features effectively.
- Partner with Sales to support renewals and demonstrate measurable return on investment.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or technical consulting within the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage enterprise-level relationships.
- Practical experience installing and troubleshooting Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Proficiency in cloud-native security, automation, and DevSecOps workflows across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to use scripting and API integrations for technical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated success in translating technical features into business outcomes.
- Strong root cause analysis skills and experience resolving complex technical issues.
Nice to have
- Professional background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
- Current certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS.
- Prior experience working with the Sysdig platform or Falco.
