Client Manager, APAC at Symplicity.
About the role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of their partnership with Symplicity. This position focuses on understanding client needs, managing project implementations, and ensuring that our solutions effectively support their institutional goals.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while overseeing the delivery of new services.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to pinpoint and pursue expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay current on industry developments and share best practices with your client base.
- Create documentation, including case studies and success stories, to highlight client achievements.
- Manage accounts at risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing turnaround strategies.
- Host webinars, roadshows, and feedback sessions to foster community engagement.
- Coordinate with the billing department to resolve invoicing questions and generate sales quotes.
- Partner with Transition Support Specialists to ensure the smooth deployment of new systems.
- Conduct discovery workshops to gather project requirements and align our software capabilities with client objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators to help clients reach their operational targets.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure they gain maximum value from our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Prior experience working with Symplicity products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in the Higher Education sector.
- High energy, outgoing, and collaborative work style.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Commitment to high ethical business standards.
Practical notes
- You must be willing to work from the Brisbane office one or two days per week.
