Senior Product Manager

About the role

Swordhealth is building AI-native healthcare solutions to replace traditional, appointment-based care models. We are looking for a senior product leader to drive the development of our clinical platforms and help scale our AI-driven treatment programs.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for new features, from initial user research and problem definition to final delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to scope initiatives, evaluate technical feasibility, and set clear requirements.
• Oversee execution and iteration cycles, ensuring development remains aligned with high-value user experiences.
• Advise the Head of Product on strategic direction, including testing and prioritizing new feature concepts.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Apply AI and LLM capabilities, specifically within our Phoenix framework, to improve both the product and your own operational workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within B2C digital health, wellness, or sectors focused on behavior change and retention.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and provide senior-level product judgment in a team setting.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineers and understand AI/LLM product limitations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and analyze performance.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to challenge existing plans based on data or ground-level insights.
• Must possess a valid EU visa and reside in Portugal.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability is required.
• Background in healthcare or clinical product development, particularly in cardiometabolic health.
• Proven ability to act as a central coordinator across diverse, cross-functional teams.
