Head of Go-to-Market, Thrive
About the role
This position is central to the success of our Pulse product, bridging product marketing, commercial strategy, and market expansion. You will be a key leader responsible for shaping how Pulse is perceived and adopted in the market.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define the core messaging, positioning, and competitive advantages that clearly articulate Pulse's superiority over existing solutions.
- Develop materials and frameworks to support the commercial team, enabling them to effectively communicate value and handle competitive inquiries.
- Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities through systematic analysis and AI-driven intelligence gathering.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record in positioning and competitive strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
- Experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
- Proven ability to build competitive intelligence frameworks from the ground up.
- This is an individual contributor role.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health companies with strong commercial operations.
- Background in high-caliber B2B software or SaaS companies.
- Experience developing competitive displacement narratives that improved win rates.
- Experience using AI tools for market canvassing and opportunity identification.
- Experience selling to multinational clients.
- Prior experience in healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits.
Skills & tools
- AI fluency is a core expectation; candidates should be prepared to share examples of using AI for productivity, workflow creation, or embedding into processes.
Practical notes
- Compensation range: $200,000 - $250,000 (includes base, variable, and equity).
