About the role
Superdial is developing AI agents to automate healthcare revenue cycle operations, focusing on high-volume tasks like claims follow-up and benefits verification. As we expand into advanced workflow automation and multimodal data gathering, we need a Product Manager to help build, test, and launch new AI agent products. This role involves defining requirements, analyzing feedback, testing product behavior, and tracking agent performance.

What you'll do
- Drive the creation and enhancement of AI agent workflows, including outbound voice and inbound agent experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to produce clear requirements, user stories, and launch materials.
- Translate complex healthcare revenue cycle operations into actionable product inputs.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational issues, and product data to find areas for improvement.
- Support quality assurance and launch readiness through test cases, issue tracking, and post-launch monitoring.
- Assess agent performance based on workflow completion, reliability, and customer impact.
- Work with Operations and Customer Success to understand product functionality and areas needing improvement.
- Assist with customer pilots by organizing feedback and tracking open questions.
- Develop internal documentation, workflow guides, and release notes to clarify product behavior.
- Contribute to establishing consistent patterns for deploying AI agents across customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, product operations, implementation, solutions, or a similar analytical, cross-functional role.
- Demonstrated ownership or significant contribution to product discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
- Experience bringing a product or feature to market, including defining launch needs and gathering post-launch insights.
- Strong product judgment to synthesize customer needs, operational realities, and business priorities into clear plans.
- Ability to quickly learn complex workflows and translate ambiguous inputs into clear requirements and documentation.
- Comfort working closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, managing multiple inputs reliably.
- Strong analytical skills to use data, examples, and feedback for problem-solving and recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication to align teams and ensure follow-through.
- Strong interest in applied AI, automation, healthcare technology, or complex software products.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow, or data-intensive software products.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management, payer/provider workflows, or RCM services.
- Experience supporting QA, customer pilots, or post-launch monitoring.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, data ingestion, dashboards, or customer-specific configurations.
- Ability to read basic SQL or use AI-assisted tools for product behavior exploration.
- Experience creating product documentation, enablement materials, or internal operating guides.
- Exposure to GCP tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, or related data and AI infrastructure.
