About the role
Superdial is developing AI agents to automate complex administrative tasks within healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role involves leading a core product area for these agents, focusing on their reliability, utility, and scalability. You will contribute to a new category of applied AI, ensuring agents deliver measurable impact in critical healthcare workflows.

What you'll do
- Manage a key AI agent product area, aiming to enhance agent reliability, workflow completion, customer value, and scalability.
- Formulate product strategy, define priorities, establish success metrics, and manage roadmap decisions with various internal teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and translate customer requirements into clear product specifications.
- Utilize product data, operational insights, customer feedback, and production behavior to identify issues, discover opportunities, and guide prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to scope, build, test, launch, and refine product enhancements.
- Validate new AI agent features with customers and internal teams through pilots, production data, and feedback loops.
- Establish metrics for measuring agent quality, workflow completion, reliability, escalation, customer value, and operational efficiency.
- Provide clear product guidance to go-to-market and customer-facing teams, including supported use cases and value propositions.
- Create repeatable product patterns and operating procedures to facilitate scalable deployments across customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in product management or a product ownership role in B2B software.
- Proven experience managing a significant product area, product line, or complex customer-facing capability, from strategy to post-launch iteration.
- Background in AI, automation, data-intensive, workflow, healthcare, revenue cycle, or technically complex software where quality depends on system behavior and operational performance.
- Strong interest in applied AI and comfort collaborating with Engineering to improve agent behavior and automation quality.
- Ability to quickly grasp healthcare revenue cycle workflows, such as claims, eligibility, benefits verification, or prior authorization.
- Strong technical understanding, including working with Engineering, Data, and Operations on product behavior, integrations, and data quality.
- Robust analytical judgment to define success metrics, diagnose root causes, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Customer-facing experience, with the ability to ask precise questions, synthesize complex needs, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong product execution skills, including scoping work, managing tradeoffs, clarifying requirements, and driving delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Experience defining success metrics for a product area and using data, feedback, and operational insights to evaluate quality and guide prioritization.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer/provider workflows, or related RCM services.
- Experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM-powered products, voice AI, or automation platforms.
- Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure and tooling, such as LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience in a GCP-based environment, including tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, or Cloud Functions.
- Experience with products involving integrations, APIs, data ingestion, or customer-specific workflow configuration.
- Ability to read SQL, inspect logs, analyze product behavior, or prototype with AI-assisted tools.
