Senior Growth Manager, Lifecycle Management at super.com.
About the role
You will define and execute the lifecycle strategy to drive member retention and success across our product ecosystem. This position involves building out our messaging infrastructure, managing cross-functional workflows, and leading a team to deliver personalized communications.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain lifecycle programs using email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Design multi-product user journeys that provide relevant messaging at key interaction points.
- Manage the lifecycle roadmap, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team retrospectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and finance departments to align on priorities and requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the lifecycle management team while working with design and copywriting partners.
- Implement and monitor experimentation strategies for both event-triggered and segment-based campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to build lifecycle infrastructure from scratch, including data synchronization and segmentation.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Competency in data analysis and querying tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Demonstrated success in program management, including managing cross-functional roadmaps and sprint cycles.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a formal people management role.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms like Segment or mParticle.
- Technical skills in HTML or Liquid for template design.
- Background in subscription-based business models or multi-product environments.
- Experience in content creation or copywriting for marketing communications.
- Previous work history within a high-growth technology startup.
