AI Adoption Lead

About the role

Suno is creating a platform for music generation that serves everyone from casual users to professional musicians. We are looking for the first hire for our new AI Adoption team to integrate AI tools into non-technical departments like Finance, Legal, and Growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Embed within non-engineering departments to identify operational pain points and determine where AI can provide genuine value.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions independently or in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Create and lead training programs to ensure staff across the company use AI tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to vet software connectors and tools while managing security, risk, and budget.
• Establish company-wide guidelines for AI usage, monitoring, and cost management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience working with business and non-engineering functions at a senior level.
• Proven ability to prototype and build using modern AI environments and agentic coding tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
• A balanced approach to AI implementation that prioritizes both optimism and responsibility.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in AI operations, internal tools, or AI enablement.
• Background in developing domain knowledge bases or corporate training programs.
• Professional history that bridges both technical engineering and operational roles.

Practical notes
