Staff Product Manager

About the role

This individual contributor position leads the Engagement tribe, which manages the primary interfaces for over 4 million merchants. You will oversee the development of the company super app and web dashboard to ensure they remain essential tools for small business owners globally.

What you'll do

• Direct the end-to-end product strategy for the merchant super app and web dashboard, focusing on navigation, information architecture, and user experience.
• Drive merchant retention, activation, and monetization through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Guide the evolution of the company-wide design system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize mobile and web platform delivery and developer workflows.
• Define the product roadmap to ensure the dashboard and app serve as the primary hub for global merchants.

Requirements

• Experience as a Staff-level individual contributor or equivalent, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence engagement and monetization metrics through data-informed decision-making.
• Technical proficiency in platform architecture, build pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Strong UX and visual design judgment, including experience with usability testing and customer discovery interviews.
• Background in fintech, high-growth tech, or consumer applications, with knowledge of mobile app release cycles and store ecosystems.
