Junior Early lifecycle Specialist at SumUp.
About the role
Join SumUp to help new business clients get started with their payment processing tools. You will guide them through the initial steps, ensuring they successfully set up and begin using SumUp products. This role focuses on building strong client relationships from the very beginning.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Assist new clients with the setup and activation of SumUp products like Card Readers, POS Lite/Plus/Pro, and Kiosk.
- Encourage early product usage through activation support, training sessions, and helping clients achieve their first transactions.
- Monitor client activity and proactively contact inactive users to provide assistance and boost their engagement.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and consistent onboarding experience for clients.
- Address questions and resolve onboarding issues, escalating complex problems and handling incoming support calls when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, at a C1 or C2 level.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Eager to work on-site at the Barcelona headquarters.
