Junior Early lifecycle Specialist at SumUp.
About the role
You will manage the initial stages of the merchant journey, ensuring new clients successfully integrate our payment solutions. This position focuses on guiding users through product setup and maintaining high levels of engagement during their first weeks with our services.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Guide new merchants through the activation and setup of Card Readers, POS Lite, POS Plus, POS Pro, and Kiosk systems.
- Encourage product adoption by conducting training sessions and helping users reach their first transaction milestones.
- Track merchant activity and contact inactive users to provide assistance and drive usage.
- Coordinate with sales departments to manage smooth account handovers.
- Handle inbound support inquiries, resolve onboarding issues, and escalate complex technical problems as necessary.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German and English at a C1 or C2 level.
- Ability to solve problems independently with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Barcelona office.
