About the role
Suger is building an orchestration platform to simplify how companies transact through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake. We are seeking a strategic operator to design the internal systems that power our revenue organization, moving beyond traditional administrative tasks to build functional, AI-driven operational workflows.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage revenue operations across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-linked GTM processes.
- Develop and deploy AI agents, automations, and workflows to accelerate team decision-making.
- Convert complex business requirements into operational systems for forecasting, pipeline risk management, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting to align revenue performance, bookings, ARR, and cash planning.
- Establish lean processes that prioritize actionable outcomes over administrative reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in RevOps, strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or business operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical proficiency in building with AI agents, automation platforms, GPTs, and workflow design.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, payback, and sales efficiency.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous challenges and translate them into functional, scalable systems.
- High agency and a builder mindset with a focus on practical implementation.
Nice to have
- Experience as a technical investment banker or management consultant with strong analytical capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of modern AI system architecture, including prompt engineering, context management, memory, and tool use.

- Salary range: $120,000-$200,000 per year based on experience and location.
