About the role

Suger provides an API-first revenue platform that simplifies how B2B software companies manage sales through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of our AI-driven automation tools for revenue operations.

What you'll do

• Manage the product strategy for intelligent systems that handle pricing, billing, contracting, and compliance.
• Create user journeys for AI-powered workflows, focusing on high-quality design and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance system reliability and customer impact while shipping features.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as efficiency, adoption rates, and accuracy.
• Partner with Solutions and Customer Success teams to analyze feedback and assist with onboarding to identify automation edge cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Product Management or Design within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer platforms.
• Proven history of deploying AI-driven features to production with a focus on building user trust.
• Strong design intuition with an emphasis on interaction details rather than just documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a focus on ownership and rapid execution.
• Clear communication skills suitable for technical teams, customers, and go-to-market departments.

• Technical experience with fintech, compliance, billing systems, data pipelines, or APIs.

• Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 CAD.
