About the role

Stripe is building the financial infrastructure for the internet, and the Link team is at the center of this growth. You will manage complex programs that bridge consumer experiences, payment systems, and financial products to support our network of over 300 million registered users.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional programs covering payment methods, identity verification, money movement, and fraud prevention.
• Define program scope, set clear objectives, and influence resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the central point of contact between engineering, product, and business teams to align on goals and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively communicating obstacles to stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Translate user needs from merchants and consumers into actionable technical requirements and program strategies.
• Partner with engineering leads to navigate technical challenges in system architecture and API design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or product management, covering the full software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs within payments or consumer-facing products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive teams toward concrete, high-velocity decisions.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of high-level system architecture and API design to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Nice to have

• Background in scaling consumer networks, digital wallets, or large-scale payment platforms.
• Experience with fraud systems, identity verification, or financial compliance frameworks.
• History of working with go-to-market, sales, or merchant-facing organizations to achieve business outcomes.
