Technical Partner Manager

About the role

This position focuses on the technical and operational success of our financial ecosystem partnerships. You will act as the primary bridge between our internal product teams and external partners to ensure high-quality integrations and ongoing performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage long-term relationships with financial partners by serving as their main technical and operational point of contact.
• Oversee the end-to-end technical integration process to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
• Define and monitor performance standards and Service Level Agreements to maintain partner health.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering, Product, and Partner Development teams to improve processes and build scalable solutions.
• Lead incident management efforts by facilitating communication between internal teams and partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations, technical project management, or partner management with a focus on external relationships.
• Background working with payment ecosystems and technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading medium to large-scale technical projects involving external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel as required for partner engagements.

Nice to have

• Intermediate or basic skills in XML and SQL.
• Experience working effectively within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
